Does a successful result guarantee inbox placement?+
No. It confirms that the SMTP server accepted the message. Spam filtering and later delivery rules can still affect where it appears.
Why did authentication fail with the correct password?+
Some providers require an app password, SMTP AUTH permission or a specific sender address instead of the normal account password.
